Our Story
C'est Si Bon was born in a small Melbourne, Australia kitchen over 40 years ago. Founder Sepi began by making handmade Persian cookies for friends in Sydney, where her love of baking led her to open Cafe Maxim — her first small business. Several years and a couple of ventures later, C'est Si Bon Bakery is well into its 20th year in San Jose, California, run by Sepi, her daughters, and a dedicated team. What started as a modest cake shop with Persian sweets on the side evolved into the South Bay Area's recognized destination for designer cakes — though our Persian sweets remain a beloved tradition every year. Our team treats each order with an eye for detail, a penchant for perfection, and a determination to outdo ourselves at every chance.
