Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on persiancookies.com with C'est Si Bon Bakery (“we,” “us”), 1375 Blossom Hill Road, Suite 38, San Jose, CA 95118. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

• Prices are listed in US dollars, by the pound or per item, and are confirmed by our server at checkout.
• Orders are paid in full online through Square's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number.
• Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive our confirmation email.
• Online orders are limited to 30 lbs. For larger, corporate or event orders, email orders@persiancookies.com.
• If we can't fulfill an order (for example, a pricing error, an ingredient we can't source, or a date we are fully booked), we will contact you and refund you in full.

• Pickup: at least 4 days' notice.
• Shipping: at least 14 days' notice. The date you choose is your requested arrival date. We plan shipping around it, but FedEx transit times are estimates and not guaranteed by us.
• We are closed on Mondays.

Pick up any time during store hours on your pickup date (Tuesday to Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 2 PM) at 1375 Blossom Hill Road, Suite 38, San Jose. Just give your name at the counter. If someone else is picking up, or you can't make your date, reply to your confirmation email. Orders not picked up within 7 days of the pickup date may be discarded without a refund.

• We ship within the United States only, via FedEx, using the service you choose at checkout.
• Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
• Cookies are packed in foam and insulation. Some varieties, including Bereshtook, Nokhodchi Flowers and Butterflies, are delicate and may crumble a little in transit.
• In hot weather we may contact you to adjust your shipping date or swap a delicate cookie for a sturdier one, so your order arrives in good shape.
• If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos of the box and cookies. We will work with you and FedEx to make it right.

All sales are final. Every order is baked fresh for you, so we don't offer refunds or cancellations for a change of mind.

Need to change your date or who is picking up? Reply to your confirmation email as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes made at least 48 hours before your pickup date or before your order ships, but we can't guarantee them.

If your order is wrong, damaged or missing items, email orders@persiancookies.com within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with photos. Depending on the issue we will replace the affected items, offer store credit, or refund the affected amount.

Ingredients for every cookie are listed on our menu, and most of our cookies contain tree nuts such as pistachios, almonds or walnuts. All our products are made in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, sesame and soy, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of these allergens, including the cookies we label gluten-free or egg-free.

Please review ingredients before ordering and tell us about any allergy before your pickup or ship date. You are responsible for deciding whether our products are safe for you and your guests.

• Everything is handmade, so size, shape and color vary from batch to batch. Photos on our site are representative.
• Piece counts per pound are estimates. Your order is filled by weight.
• Platters and gift boxes are assortments chosen by our team, and their contents may vary.
• For best freshness, keep cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, or freeze them for up to 6 months.

Shirin, the chat assistant on our site, is an AI assistant, not a person. She can help with general questions, but she can make mistakes. Your order details, these terms and confirmations from our team always take priority over anything said in the chat.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Santa Clara County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the “Last updated” date above when we do. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
